2024年11月18-21日，第十屆國際第三代半導體論壇（IFWS2024）&第二十一屆中國國際半導體照明論壇（SSLCHINA2024）、先進半導體技術應用創新展（CASTAS）將在蘇州國際博覽中心G館舉辦。

關于西電廣州第三代半導體創新中心

?西安電子科技大學廣州第三代半導體創新中心由郝躍院士領銜、西安電子科技大學與廣州開發區管委會共同建設，依托西安電子科技大學廣州研究院，并作為寬禁帶半導體國家工程研究中心廣州分中心，獲批廣東省第三代半導體氮化鎵射頻及功率器件與集成電路工程技術研究中心。創新中心一期投資5億元，建設第三代半導體技術公共服務平臺和產業化基地，擁有8/6英寸第三代半導體設計、加工制造、封裝、測試、可靠性分析等研發和中試平臺，致力于以氮化鎵為主的第三代半導體材料、器件與集成電路的工程化技術研發和產業化。

??Guangzhou Wide-Bandgap?Semiconductor Innovation Center?(GWSIC),?Xidian University is led by Chinese Academician Prof. HAO?Yue and jointly established by Xidian University and Guangzhou Development Distinct?Management Committee. It is hosted by the Guangzhou Institute?of Technology,?Xidian University and serves as the Guangzhou branch of the National Engineering Research Center for Wide-Bandgap Semiconductors. It has been approved as the Guangdong Engineering Technology Research Center for GaN RF and Power Devices and Integrated Circuits. Phase one of the Innovation Center involves a 500 million RMB investment to build a public service platform for wide-bandgap?semiconductor technology and an entrepreneurship base. GWSIC holds?8/6-inch research and pilot platforms for wide-bandgap?semiconductor design, fabrication, packaging,?characterization?and reliability analysis, focusing on the engineering R&D and the commercialization for the?materials, devices, and integrated circuits?of?wide-bandgap?semiconductors such as GaN etc.
